Passionfruit Martini

What better way to cheer for the festive season than with a low-carb Passionfruit Martini made with SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal?

Instructions:

  • For the simple syrup: In a saucepan combine SPLENDA® Stevia and water. Bring to a boil,
  • stirring, until SPLENDA® Stevia has dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
  • Cut your passionfruit in half. Put one on the side and scoop the seeds out of the other.
  • Press the seeds through a sieve using the back of a spoon, put the juice into the cocktail shaker.
  • Add the passionfruit and lime juice, vodka, and 25ml of vanilla syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. The shaker should be ice cold before you serve
  • Pour the mixture into your martini glass.
  • Top with prosecco and the other half of your passionfruit.
  • Additionally, you can serve the Passionfruit Martini with a shot of prosecco on the side.

  • 75ml Passionfruit no added sugar juice
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 25g SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal
  • 30ml Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • 1 Passionfruit
  • Ice
