Chicken Noodles

A subtle and light Asian touch. Easy, quick, sugar-free, and healthier. What else would you love from a Chicken Stir Fry. Made with SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal.

Instructions:

Prepare the noodles as per the instructions on the packaging.

Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal.

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 4 minutes on high heat or until nice and golden. Remove from the pan.

Add the onion, bell pepper, and green onion and fry on high heat for another 4 minutes. Add the chicken, noodles, bean sprouts, and sauce and reheat for approximately 1-2 minutes (or until warm and the sauce nice and syrupy.

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • ½ tbsp SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal
  • 3 stalk of Green Onion, in 3cm pieces
  • ¼ Onion, sliced
  • 60g Bean Sprouts
  • ½ red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 70g Udon Noodles
  • 100g of Chicken breast, in long strips
  • 1 tsp vegetable Oil
