Mango Mule Mocktail

The ideal drink (if you are not drinking), this Mango Mule Mocktail made with SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal does not have any added sugar, and is without alcohol.

Instructions:

For the simple syrup: in a saucepan combine Splenda Stevia and water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until Splenda Stevia has dissolved. Let it cool slightly.

Add the lukewarm syrup, cucumber and lime, and muddle in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Add the mango puree and Ice and shake vigorously until the cocktail shaker feels ice-cold.

Strain into a copper mug (or a glass). Top with ginger beer and stir.

  • 4-5 slices of Cucumber
  • 50gr of Mango, pureed
  • 50ml fresh Lime juice (approximately 1 lime)
  • 50ml Ginger Beer
  • 25g SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal
  • 30ml Water
  • Ice
